  • My Secret Sweet Dish Walnut & Paneer Pumpkin Mithai This is unique mithai with amazing health benefits. The children does not like to eat pumpkin and this is one of the form where they can eat it. Benefits of Pumpkin Eating pumpkin is good for the heart. The fiber, potassium, and vitamin C content in pumpkin all support heart health. Studies suggest that consuming enough potassium may be almost as important as decreasing sodium intake for the treatment of hypertension, or high blood pressure. Benefits of Walnuts They protect your heart against damage by free radicals, which can cause heart disease. Walnuts reduce inflammation (another cause of heart disease), and the monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats they contain help to lower your cholesterol levels. Ingredients 250 grams grated red pumpkin. 150 grams Paneer 50 grams fresh crepe 50 grams sugar or according to taste. 1 spoon Cows ghee. 50 grams or 10 walnuts shelled. Method Take the grated pumpkin in a pan and Saute for 5 minutes and cover with lid on the pan and soften the Pumpkin. Once it is soft now add the Paneer and walnut's (Grated). Now add the ghee and roast until light golden Brown. Now add sugar and roast for 9-10 minutes. Lower the fire. Add creme and mix well and let it cool. Put it in a shallow bowl and decorate with some creme and walnut's.
